Blissful Energy Balls


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of sesame butter

  • ¼ cup of coconut flour

  • ½ cup of old fashioned oats

  • 6 dates

  • 3 or more sun-dried apricots

  • 1 tbsp of cacao nibs

  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp of goji berries

  • ½ tsp of cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp of sea salt

  • 1 tbsp of hemp hearts

  • 2 tbsps of coconut sugar


OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS

  • Dairy-free chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds, nuts, or goji berries


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a food processor add dates, apricots, and sesame butter.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Add all other ingredients and continue to blend until ingredients carefully combined.

  4. Roll into bite-sized balls.

  5. Roll in sesame seeds (or coconut flakes), cocoa, and coconut sugar combined.
