Blissful Energy Balls

INGREDIENTS
1 cup of sesame butter
¼ cup of coconut flour
½ cup of old fashioned oats
6 dates
3 or more sun-dried apricots
1 tbsp of cacao nibs
1 tbsp of chia seeds
2 tbsp of goji berries
½ tsp of cinnamon
¼ tsp of sea salt
1 tbsp of hemp hearts
2 tbsps of coconut sugar
OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS
Dairy-free chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds, nuts, or goji berries
INSTRUCTIONS
In a food processor add dates, apricots, and sesame butter.
Blend until smooth.
Add all other ingredients and continue to blend until ingredients carefully combined.
Roll into bite-sized balls.
Roll in sesame seeds (or coconut flakes), cocoa, and coconut sugar combined.
