Nat's Powerful Green Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 cup frozen fruit (Banana, Frozen Sour Cherries)
2 cups of fresh spinach
1 cup of milk hemp or oat milk
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of nut butter
1 scoop of plant-based vanilla protein powder
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender
2. Blend until smooth.
