Pesto Pasta Recipe


  • 2 cups of fresh basil, leaf only.

  • 1/2 cup of fresh pine nuts or pistachios

  • 1/2 a lemon, juiced

  • 1 large clove of garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup of acropolis olive oil

  • 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast

  • 1/2 tsp of sea salt


Add all ingredients in a food processor, excluding olive oil.

Slowly add the olive oil once all other ingredients are well combined. 

Enjoy this on your favorite pasta. I choose kamut noodles. This can also be topped with vegan parmesan. Recipe coming soon!
