The Fruit Hydrator

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Popsicle Molds and Sticks
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of Pineapple
2 Peaches
1 cup Strawberries
1/2 cup Raspberries
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup of liquid sweetener (agave, maple syrup)
Two cups of Coconut liquid of choice.
I like coconut water.
INSTRUCTIONS
Peel and slice pineapple, peaches, and strawberries into bite-sized pieces. Raspberries and blueberries can remain whole.
Strategically place fruit into popsicle molds carefully. Add sweetener to coconut water and mix.
Insert stick and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours.
To help release popsicles, run the mold under hot water for a few seconds.
There is a ton of flexibility in this recipe. You can add fresh mint, coconut slices, and a variety of different fruits. If you’re sneaky you could blend spinach into your liquid of choice, creating a much healthier option.
