The Fruit Hydrator



 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED


Popsicle Molds and Sticks


INGREDIENTS


  • 1 cup of Pineapple

  • 2 Peaches

  • 1 cup Strawberries

  • 1/2 cup Raspberries

  • 1/2 cup Blueberries

  • 1/4 cup of liquid sweetener (agave, maple syrup)

  • Two cups of Coconut liquid of choice.

  • I like coconut water.


 


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Peel and slice pineapple, peaches, and strawberries into bite-sized pieces. Raspberries and blueberries can remain whole.

  2. Strategically place fruit into popsicle molds carefully. Add sweetener to coconut water and mix.

  3. Insert stick and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours.

  4. To help release popsicles, run the mold under hot water for a few seconds.


There is a ton of flexibility in this recipe. You can add fresh mint, coconut slices, and a variety of different fruits. If you’re sneaky you could blend spinach into your liquid of choice, creating a much healthier option.
